Now I understand Cuba a little. In my last post, I was set on a revolution. My, friend, it is hard. Let me tell you just how far I have gone.
1. Moving Out
I have looked and looked. I have walked till I was ready to take a house without a hot shower. Am still looking. Hindrance is the late hours I work and having to work on Saturdays. But, I am working on it.
2. The soft padding
Is still there. Some days I feel like I have doubled in size, sometimes I feel like I am at an okay place. I am trying with the healthier eating. I have cut down on the samosa-sausage breakfast in the office. Sweet potatoes are courageously being quaffed.
The exercise, erm, am still doing research.
3.Friends who pull me down
Done. They still wondering at my sudden busy schedule!
4. Cut down on the Viceroy
Still going strong. I was talking to a pal and telling him that I eventually plan to start drinking and he asked me why? I listed stress, a celebration, blank. They are not good enough reasons. Quitting sounds so...so final!
5.Relationships
The going-nowhere men are out. Black book under lock and key. A bit of advice, going cold turkey on alcohol and sex is torture. Why am I doing both?
And the commitment issues? I am facing it by not dating hence nobody to commit to ergo no commitment issues! I am bright like that.
6. Bonus
I decided that I will stop the tardiness at work. I now religiously wake up at 5am. Make it to work with time to spare to have coffee in peace as I follow you on reader. About reader, I have dropped some blogs, added a few on personal improvement, more funnies and no politics. I tried eating very healthy muesli. Yuckiest breakfast ever. Am drinking more water. Cut down coffee from six-plus cups a day to one. Anything else? Nope, that's it for now.
Make the most out of life my peoples.

Tight list. See you are a follower of viceroy and coffee. Ever tried the concoction, alcoffee? You might want to change your mind about quiting one and reducing on the other. Good luck with your list of changes. Give us an update in March.
How many cups of coffee?Aren't you like extremely wired after that?!
Man, exercise- just thinking about it makes me exhausted. But I like to swim and that is a total workout.
I started on that 5a.m. waking up thing and after a while it is not such hard work.
From the look of things you are doing great.I like how you have chosen to deal with your commitment issues.lol.
Me, not cutting any coffee intake. I feel like, like I just woke up from some nice nice dream when I take a mug.
